- Fonseca, Liliana (Fellow) Corbett, Hannah (Researcher) Bachtler, John (Principal Investigator)
- This project aims to translate Strathclyde’s socio-economic and public policy research outputs into impactful actions. It explores corporate leadership’s role in driving innovation for Net Zero and Just Transition ambitions, sharing learning on Michelin’s innovative model for local industrial low-carbon transformation. The project is underpinned by research undertaken as part of the Net Zero Industrial Cluster Exchange (NICE) network managed by EPRC and established in 2021 with support from Scottish Government and Michelin.

- Scottish Universities Insight Institute-funded project on innovation strategies for system-level transformation.
Key challenges in achieving transformation through Innovation Policies are:
Design – how do we correctly identify what we need to do?
Mobilisation – how do we engage and start?
Implementation – how do we best deliver?
Evidencing success – how do we show the impact of our interventions?
Through a participatory design-led process, this programme explored these key challenges, providing a platform for sharing experience and learning with regional, national and international partners. The ultimate goal of this initiative is to guide Scotland in the effective delivery of our National Innovation Strategy to maximise its impact and drive long-term transformation. - 01-Jan-2024 - 01-Jan-2024
